Hey there!  It’s your girl Esha here.  As a busy professional woman, you probably think you don’t have the time to show yourself the love and care you deserve.  In this video, I share 5 Self Love and Self Care Secrets that you can easily add to your life.

Remember that 1st secret?

I know I laughed in the video, but in all seriousness, there really is no secret.  Changing the way you think about loving and caring for yourself in tiny ways, guarantees you the best chance of lasting change.

You can run out on a whim and book a massage or a spa day, but what happens after it’s done?  You’re back to your regular life.  Refreshed?  Sure.  However the same patterns of behavior are still there (i.e. putting everyone’s needs before your own on an empty tank).

Deciding you’re worthy of love and care, really is the 1st and most important step of bringing these self care secrets into your life.  If you believe that, when regular life begins again, you’ll be ready to set those boundaries.  You believe you’re worthy of love and care, so nothing will stop you from doing this once you truly believe it!

Now over to you:

Today, I want you to consider:

  • When you think of doing 1 of these self love and self care secrets, what’s the first thought that comes to your mind?
  • If your first thought is, “I don’t have the time to do that,” then I encourage you to think instead, “I have all the time I need to love and care for myself.”  This is 1 of my fave affirmations and I use it every time I think I don’t have time to do something for myself.
