About Intention
You can tell by watching the video that I feel very strongly about intention setting and the power that it has to change your life.
I have done this so many times in life, one of which was setting the intention to meet my now husband. Pretty much everything present in my life right now has been through very specific intention setting. AND I went a step further and wrote all of these intentions down!
What you allow in your mind and in your environment shows up in your life. If you want to change anything in your life, speak positively about it, have positive thoughts about it, set a clear intention about it and take small steps towards what you want.
