During your 60-minute Vision Consultation, we’ll meet with you to discuss your wedding ceremony date, preferred destinations, the desired price point for your ceremony and for your attendees, your itinerary, event space requirements, excursion preferences and any other details so we can start researching options for you.
Build Your
Dream Wedding
Once you’ve selected your dream wedding destination, you’ll be assigned a local coordinator who we’ll work with on your behalf to select your flowers, décor, wedding setup, the menu and all other details to your specifications.

Don’t worry about what to expect when you arrive at your Caribbean paradise; we’ll do all of the research for you and share it with your guests. We’ll even create an itinerary and double check every detail. Once you arrive at your dream destination, everything will be set for your special event!

Do you plan other types of group events?
Yes! We will plan vow renewals as well as weddings. If you have a bachelorette party, girls getaway or retreat in mind to celebrate your pending nuptials, we can assist with that too.
What’s the first step in working with you to plan my dream destination wedding?
Your first step is to indicate your interest to work with us by completing the form below. We will only work with 2 private clients per year to ensure we’re providing you with top notch service.
If you’re selected as 1 of the 2 clients to work with us, then you’ll book a Vision Consultation. During this 60-minute consultation, we’ll meet with you to discuss your travel dates, preferred destinations, the desired price point for your ceremony and for your attendees, your itinerary, event space requirements, excursion preferences and any other details so we can start researching options for you.
Your researched options will be presented to you in a full-color, online brochure so you can compare and contrast different properties and costs.
Where in the Caribbean can I have my wedding?
While we can plan your wedding anywhere in the entire Caribbean, we believe each island has their own unique flavor, flair and things that draw you in to them. We especially love planning weddings in the Eastern Caribbean, from Antigua all the way down to Trinidad and Tobago, which is just off the coast of South America. Aruba and Curacao are 2 islands that are also “off the beaten path” where you can have an amazing wedding.
During our research, we’ll weigh the best options for you based on your specifications and your wedding budget.
How do my invited guests book their packages?
As a part of our wedding planning service, we build a custom website dedicated to your wedding. This website will include all of the details about your wedding, frequently asked questions and our contact information.
Your guests will be able to book directly on this website. During the wedding package booking window, we’ll provide you with periodic updates about your registered guests.
